Donnarumma Is Soon To Be Announced As A Psg Player

According to information revealed by ‘RMC Sport’, this Wednesday is the date chosen by PSG to announce, at long last, the signing of goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The saga is coming to an end. PSG have spent a while with the signing of Gianluigi Donnarumma more than tied up, but Euro 2020 – in which his Italy side were crowned eventual champions – have caused a bit of a hold up to proceedings.

Now the tournament has reached its conclusion, however, a date has been confirmed for his arrival. According to ‘RMC Sport’, those at the Parc des Princes will make the deal official this Wednesday.

Donnarumma will arrive at PSG after an outstanding Euro 2020 campaign. He was vital in the penalty shoot-out in the final, saving twice, and was eventually crowned the Player of the Tournament.

The goalkeeper became a free agent on June 30 having decided not to renew his contract with Milan. His agent is the infamous Mino Raiola, well known for his starring roles in some of European football’s biggest and most expensive transfers, and between the two of them they made things very difficult with those at Milan during contract negotiations.

‘RMC Sport’ adds that Donnarumma, still just 22-years-old, will sign a five-year deal at PSG, meaning he will initially be in the French capital until 30 June 2026.
